My initial plan for my next meeting was a beach bar, a place for friends and family to catch up, have a drink and chill out. Features of the bar could include:
- glass ceiling; to allow plenty of sunlight and heat into the bar, this could also allow
- sand floor; reinforces the 'beach' theme and creates more of a summer beach experience

Talking through my idea with Meg helped me develop more ideas such as:
- fruit cocktails & juices; taste of summer and delicious drinks for entertainment
- deckchairs; outside along the water front, not enough room inside the boatshed
- shelter; additional shelter outside boatshed, practical for all kind of weather
